The Coyne Chemical Contract Services division provides a value
added service utilizing our extensive warehousing and distribution
assets to provide a range of customized packaging, blending and
terminal services. These services can be provided at any of our facilities,
including our wholly owned subsidiary, Kitchenman Terminal Company, LLC ("KTC").
